Chae Gye-nam Solo Exhibition - One Day, Perhaps…

A solo exhibition by artist Chae Gye-nam, who has built a unique artistic world through Hanji (traditional Korean paper), ink, and fiber, is being held at Gallery Sejul in Pyeongchang-dong. 🖤 The artist repeatedly dyes, twists, and stacks soft and delicate materials to create a solid space of silence. Feel the patient process of spiritual practice through the artworks, where the artist writes heartfelt phrases on Hanji, twists the paper like thread, and attaches them one by one onto the canvas. Going beyond simple appreciation, this exhibition invites you to face the sublime time and depth of existence accumulated by the artist, who focused on the act itself in a state of selflessness (無心) over a long period. ✨
