축제 소개
The Andong Maskdance Festival is a global festival where the memories of masks and everyone's dance become one.
You can experience and enjoy both Korean mask dances, which are registered as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, and mask dances from various countries around the world at the festival venue.
Furthermore, it will offer a platform for everyone to harmonize, featuring diverse performances, parades, Daedong Nanjang, and the World Mask Play Competition.
Andong Maskdance Festival 2026 aims to connect the time preserved by masks with modern life. The moment everyone, from children to the elderly, local residents to global visitors, laughs, applauds, and shares the rhythm in the same space, the memories passed down by masks become a living culture. This festival will be 'everyone's dance' completed by the hearts connected in that way, and a place that shows the power of a community that shines even brighter when together.
