📢 Concert Viewing & Ticket Guide - Ticket pick-up and the on-site box office will operate from 2 hours before the performance starts until 30 minutes after it starts. - When picking up tickets, the buyer's name and the last 4 digits of their phone number will be checked for identity verification. - Admission to the venue is available from 30 minutes before the performance starts. - If you booked tickets with a youth discount, please make sure to bring a student ID or an ID card that can verify your date of birth. - Since there is no separate parking space available in the Art Center, we recommend using public transportation if possible.
