The peerless singer Lee Jaram's new pansori work 'Snow, Snow, Snow' will be performed on a grander scale at the LG Arts Center Seoul, Grand Theatre! ❄️
This is a highly acclaimed production that transformed the stage into a midwinter Russian snowfield using only a single fan and a drum. Based on Tolstoy's short story 'Master and Man', it vividly revives the overnight journey of the merchant Vasily and the servant Nikita as they set out through a blizzard, using a contemporary style of pansori.
On a stage layered with light and mist, experience the overwhelming sense of immersion as if crossing an endless snowfield together with the sorikkun (singer) and gosu (drummer). ✨
