📢 Audience Guidelines & Booking Information - This performance is operated as unassigned seating for all seats, and you can receive a designated seat ticket at the ticket box on the day of the show. - Ticket reservation and cancellation are only available until 17:00 on the day before the performance, and same-day cancellation is not possible. - You must arrive at the ticket box at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance, present your ID, and receive your ticket.
